Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange or credit within 30 days. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable. After 30 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition.
Shipping Methods
Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order so please allow two weeks before shipping unless otherwise notified. If you are in a rush please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to get the jewellery to you in time.
